Taiwan High School AI Educational Power Index. The assessment is not how many AI tools schools have bought, but whether AI actually enters the curriculum, teacher competencies, student literacy, governance and learning environment.
Formal evaluation should be preceded by the establishment of verifiable rules of evidence and methods of collecting school data. GEI will avoid judging school AI educational performance on the basis of a single event, press release or hard purchasing.

Curriculum plans, school programmes, AI use norms, official curricula and teaching policies.
There are cycles, hours, learning goals, evaluations and works, rather than one-off lectures.
Teacher training, student works, competitions, topics, research or results of inter-school cooperation.
Information on formal cooperation between universities, international schools, enterprises or research institutions.
Schools can submit information and supporting evidence, and GEI collates it in an open manner; Schools that did not provide information should not be presumed to have low scores. Once the information is complete, it is decided whether to publish a ranking or ranking.
