Global Education Index
Global Education Index. Instead of making another university ranking, the institutional environment for international students has led to the establishment of publicly verifiable and year-to-yearly comparable national education indicators.
The methodological framework is currently published and no country scores or rankings have yet been published
GEI does not publish rankings when there is insufficient information. The official index is preceded by the definition of indicators, sources of information, weights, updates of frequency and deficiency treatments, so as to avoid the index becoming a methodically unsupported sales list.

Principles for index publication
Traceable
Each fraction should be able to return to an open source or clearly defined information column.
Comparable
The same indicator uses consistent definitions and avoids different criteria from country to country.
Updateable
When policies or systems change, the information is available in a version and recalculated.
Unmixed ranking
University academic rankings are treated separately from the international student system environment.
Annual themes for future release
The best educational destination for international students, policy-friendlyness, the cost of studying abroad and the value of education, the working environment after graduation, and annual comparisons of major policy changes.
