Peter reminded students preparing for the University of Singapore that academic achievement was still important, but that the application should also allow the enrolment to see interest, abilities and preparation for the faculty.
What do the NUS official rules say?
NUS collects a full-person review. In addition to their accomplishments, applicants are required to list up to four accomplishments, extracurricular or non-academic activities and to answer brief questions. (a) Different assessment factors for different faculties; A person may be required to provide additional information, participate in a test or interview.
Interviews and collections are not mandatory for all applicants
The original post described the new system as a fully mandatory high-intensity interview, which went beyond the NUS public rules. Students should be based on the application year, the qualification category and the target curriculum page, and the NUS rules should not be directly applied to NTU or other schools.
Write events as verifiable learning evidence
Topics, internships, competitions, services or creations of relevance to the department clearly illustrate problems, methods, personal roles, outcomes and reflections. The number of activities and the luxurious name cannot replace real inputs; Admission is also not guaranteed in any curriculum system.
