From pending to final approval
When this site covered Mumbai in September, Chennai approval was pending. UWA announced final approval from India’s University Grants Commission on October 5; The PIE News corroborated the development on October 7 with interview context. This materially updates the earlier status.
Programs and scheduled teaching
The university scheduled orientation for October 5 and classes for October 19. Initial offerings cover business, computer science, data science, AI, information technology and an MBA. These are announced schedules and offerings; this review did not verify every class or actual enrolment count.
Check the campus-specific route
Chennai is in India. Australian visa rules, post-study work rights and Perth scholarships cannot simply be applied to it. Check international admission eligibility, teaching location, degree award, total cost and transfer terms. No admission or immigration guarantee is implied.
