From recruitment to support
The PIE reported on November 3 on an October 30 Berlin discussion about international students completing their studies and entering work. A Humboldt representative described targeted STEM recruitment and coordination across academic, career and equity services. These are conference observations, not new visa rules.
The official support framework
DAAD FIT supports preparation, academic success and career services. Its official page lists 89 projects funded from April 1, 2024 through 2028. Institutional support does not automatically award an individual scholarship or job.
Questions for Taiwanese applicants
Editorial guidance: ask about eligibility for German-language support, academic advising and internships. An English-taught course does not remove everyday or workplace language needs. Plan around your own proficiency rather than treating a speaker’s learning timetable as a guarantee.
