How do we interpret policy news?
The same policy may be accompanied by a "promulgation date", a "statute publication date" and an "effective date". To the extent possible, this post will be marked separately and will avoid writing into existing regulations measures that have not yet entered into force. Priority is also given to the use of original official information when it comes to amounts, proportions, numbers and eligibility.
