How Taiwan students use rankings

The ranking can be used as a starting point for the establishment of an optional list of schools, but cannot be a substitute for the content of the faculties, tuition fees, scholarships, internships, post-graduation visas and individual learning needs. Cross-annual comparisons should also confirm whether the methodology has changed with the number of participating schools.
