Applicants planning for 2027 should not budget from the lowest fee column alone. A regulation published on 22 June sets the 2027–28 full statutory fee at €2,771, compared with €2,694 in 2026–27. This is an existing next-year rule reviewed on 18 October.
Separate statutory and institutional fees
TU Delft lists standard 2027–28 institutional rates of €20,563 for a bachelor’s degree and €26,479 for a master’s. Statutory fees require qualifying nationality or residence status; ordinary international applicants holding only Taiwanese nationality generally plan around institutional fees.
Completing the budget
Transitional arrangements for continuing students do not apply to every new entrant. Editorial guidance: confirm the intake, programme and status in writing, then budget separately for housing, living and necessary administrative costs. Delft’s institutional rates are not a national international-student price.
