"From an idea, to the development of the script, to the lens, to the filming, to the movement of the scene, to the photography, to the light, to the sound, to the editing, to the rear, to the presentation of the final work, every link needs creativity and technology. For students, Filmmaking is not just for future directors, but also for students interested in film and short film creation, documentary production, advertising and branding, YouTube and community videos, music videos, video clips and back-ups, photography and lights, serial platform content production, creative media and digital content industries.

From Netflix, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, to corporate image films, brand shorts, educational films and documentaries, images have become one of the most important means of communication in modern society. Thus, learning Filmmaking focuses not only on learning how to use a camera, but also on learning how to tell stories, convey ideas and do a work that can really be seen, understood and shared. It's also important to learn movies, and cities themselves, and to learn Filming, it's more important to choose a city with a film industry, a creative community and a filming resource than simply looking at school rankings. Britain's Bristol is a very good city for film and video production.

In 2017, it was designated UNESCO City of Film, which is "Bristol is not just a common university city, but a city with a long history of visual culture, film scenes, production companies, animated industries and creative talent. Bristol has important video resources such as BBC Natural Histoory Unit, Aardman Communities, The Bottle Yard Studios.

Aardman Animations is the representative studio behind famous animations like Wallace & Gromit, Chucken Run, Shaun the Sheep Smiles. The city has also attracted many films and videos to film or produce here.

According to Bristol Film Office, Bristol appeared in a number of films and television works, including: "Hellboy Hellboy " , "Stan & Ollie " , "The Touche and Hardy " , "The Touche of the First Life " , "Starter for Ten Relationships" , "The Guerness Limited and Potato Peel Pie Socity" , "Doctor Who Overtime Quest " , "Sherlock " , "The Outlaws" , "Industry HBO " , "Industry Financial Practice", "A Good Girl's Report on the Murder of Good Girls" and "Skins Stile" , the strength of which is not to look at the film as a single science, but to create a strong image climate in the city as a whole.

If you want to study movies in Bristol, UWE Bristol is an option worth considering, in this urban context, UWE Bristol's BA(Hons) Filmmaking becomes an interesting course.
