International Relations 會把歷史、政治理論、國際政治經濟、外交、安全與研究方法放在一起。它適合喜歡全球議題、閱讀、寫作、論證與分析制度的學生。
一、會讀什麼？
King’s International Relations BA 以 International History、IR Theory、International Political Economy、International Practice 為四大支柱，第一年就涵蓋 IR Theory、History of the International System、International Economics、Conflict and Diplomacy、Contemporary Security Issues。
二、跟 Political Science 差在哪？
Political Science 更廣，可涵蓋國內政治、選舉、制度、比較政治與公共政策；International Relations 更聚焦國家與跨國行為者之間的互動、外交、安全、戰爭、國際制度與全球政治經濟。
三、高中要先修特定科目嗎？
不一定。King’s 的 IR BA 沒有指定 required subjects。History、Economics、Politics、English 等課程會有幫助，但真正重要的是閱讀、論證、資料判讀與寫作能力。
四、適合什麼學生？
對國際新聞、戰爭和平、外交、國際組織、全球經濟與地緣政治有持續興趣，而且願意大量閱讀與寫作的人。
