Human Services 是應用型社會科學，重點不是單一治療專業，而是協助個人、家庭與社區取得服務、提升福祉並處理 social disadvantage。
一、主要會讀什麼
常見內容包括 human development、community services、case management、mental health、disability、child and family services、social policy、cultural diversity、ethics 與 field placement。
二、和 Social Work 差在哪
Social Work 通常有更明確的 professional accreditation 與 protected professional pathway；Human Services 的範圍較廣，可進社區、福利、兒少、身心障礙、心理健康與 case coordination 等工作。

四、課程特色
ECU Bachelor of Community and Human Services 以 social science、human rights、community change、policy、child development 為核心，並安排 400 小時 field placement；Griffith 也設有 Bachelor of Human Services。

Community services、case worker、family support、youth services、disability services、mental health support、community development、program coordination。
六、申請前提醒
如果目標是特定執業資格，例如 social worker、psychologist、counsellor，不能只看 Human Services 名稱，必須另外確認 professional accreditation。
