心理治療／諮商 Counselling & Psychotherapy：先分清楚 counsellor、psychotherapist、psychologist

Counselling / Psychotherapy 的最大難點不是課程，而是各國專業資格制度不同。澳洲可有直接大學學士專業訓練；其他國家可能需要研究所、實習與專業註冊。

主要會讀什麼

UNE Bachelor of Counselling 包含 counselling theory、assessment、case conceptualisation、intervention、ethics、cultural responsiveness、research 與 supervised placement；UniSC 也提供三年大學學士並有 ACA / PACFA 專業認可。

和 Psychology 差在哪

Psychology 是研究行為與心智的廣泛學科；Counselling 更聚焦助人技巧、therapeutic relationship、assessment 與 supervised practice。完成 psychology degree 並不自動等於可以當 counsellor 或 psychologist。

適合誰

• 願意大量與人互動
• 能處理情緒與倫理界線
• 對 mental health、family、trauma、youth counselling 有興趣

申請前準備

English、Psychology、Social Science 有幫助。更重要的是查清楚目標國家的 professional accreditation、placement hours 與畢業後註冊資格。

職涯

Counsellor、Mental Health Support、Family / Youth Services、Rehabilitation、Community Services；進一步訓練後可走更專門的 psychotherapy 路徑。
