Urban Studies is an interdisciplinary urban study that uses Sociology, Economics, Politics, Geography, Urban Design, GIS and data methods to understand housing, transport, inequality, genreization, climate change and urban governance.

What's the difference with Urban Planning?

Urban Planning is more professional in planning practice, regulation, land use and accreditation; Urban Studies is more like "Creating the social sciences of the city" and can be found in the fields of planning, policy, real estate, or urban data.
