Digital Media is not a single fixed department. Different universities may make it a media program, interactive design, creative work, UX, animation, digital documentation or immersive media. School selection must be based on a curriculum module rather than a name only.
I. What do you read mainly?
Common content consists of digital storytelling, video, audio, motion graphs, web, interactive media, creative work, UX, social content, AR/VR and cross-media projects. The RMIT digital media-related course emphasizes the development of digital content and content; Media Arts + Practice for USC shows digital media that can cross images, interact, visualize and new media at the same time.
Two, and the difference between Communication, Film, Design.
- Digital Media: It usually cuts across content, interaction and technology.
- Communication: More media, communication, audience and social networking.

IV. PREPARATION FOR APPLICATION
It would be helpful to prepare a cross-media assembly of works such as short films, websites, interactive works, motion pictures, sound works or small apps. The point is to show how you're going from ideas to finished products, not just putting beautiful pieces together.
