Cybersecurity, combined with the Company Science, systems, networking, security engagement, human facts, ethics and law, is at the core of understanding how the system is attacked and how risk can be reduced from the design stage.
I. What do you read mainly?
UNSW Bacchelor of Cyber Security, led by School of Company Science and Engineering, comprises Foundations of Cyber Security, Programing Fundamentals, Computer Systems, and hands-on security workshops, and understanding security issues from both angles.
Where's the difference with Computer Science?
(a) Computer Science, which is more extensive and includes algorithms, software, AI, systems; Cybersecurity pulls the main axes of the systems, network, security coding, rsk,forensics and security engagement.
III. EQUIPMENT OF STUDENTS
- Likes the program and the bottom of the system.
- Interest in Internet, defense, risk management.
- Willing to deal with legal, ethical and human issues
- He likes experiments, debugs, bugs and analysis of events.
IV. PREPARATION FOR APPLICATION
At the high school level, priority is given to building the foundations of Mathematics, Programming, Computer Science. Different universities might put Cybersecurity in Engineering, Computer Science or Business school, prerequisite would be different.
