Biochemistry is at the border between Biology and Chemistry, and the core is to study how life systems work in Molecular and Cellular level.
I. What do you read mainly?
Oxford defines Biochemistry as a molecurian methods input, explain, human biologic processes; Imperial's university bachelors include Biological Chemistry, Cell Biology, and proteins, enzymes, membranes, etc.
What's the difference between Biology and Biotechnology?
Bilogy is wider in scope. Biochemistry focuses more on molecular and chemical mechanisms. Biotechnology prefers to convert biological knowledge into technology and products.
III. EQUIPMENT OF STUDENTS
- And like Biology and Chemistry.
- I want to know about disease, drugs, proteins, metabolism and genetic regulation.
- Willing to enter the lab and process quantitative information
IV. How to prepare for high school
Chemistry is important, and it is also suggested to retain Biology and Mathematics. Oxford currently specifically requires Chemistry to add another science or Maths.
V. The way forward
Specialized paths such as Biotechnology, narmacetics, drag discovery, molecular diagnostics, reearch, graduate school, and medicine.
